We work with owners who want to turn an empty, inherited or underused property into stable passive income without daily management.
We sign long-term contracts and pay rent every month, whether the rooms are occupied or not. We improve bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, electrics and plumbing at no cost to you, so the property is ready to attract good tenants.
Tenants receive free cleaning, wifi, utilities and a fully furnished room with its own lock, so they do not have to worry about anything.
Our profit comes from the margin created by the volume of properties and the scalability of our operation, not from charging you for each viewing, repair or incident.

No. Our operation covers preparation, viewings and management. We earn from the room-rental margin and economies of scale.
What happens if a room is empty?
Your rent remains as agreed in the contract. We take on the operation and occupancy risk.
Who handles repairs?
We coordinate and cover the ordinary repairs needed to keep the property in good condition.
What type of properties do you manage?

What do tenants receive?
